Hollyoaks star Alfie Browne-Sykes shared insight into his daily life with his fans after he quit acting.

Alfie, 29, was known for his role as Jason Roscoe on the hit E4 soap but he decided to leave over eight years ago.

Throughout his acting career he also starred in roles on The Bill, Doctors and The Walking Dead but when the Covid-19 pandemic took hold he found it harder and harder to pursue roles as the work dried up.

While still considering himself an actor Alfie found a way to supplement his income by becoming a roofer in order to earn enough money to fully support himself and his family.
